Getting started

Do I need a developer?+

Setup is available for CartCore, WooCommerce, Shopify and Funnelish. You need access to your store and the credentials for your ad platforms. See the setup steps.

When does tracking start?+

New events are sent once your store and pixels are connected and your trial or subscription is active. Reporting times vary by ad platform.

Which ad platforms are supported?+

Meta Conversions API, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions and Pinterest Conversions API. Explore the integrations.

Tracking & delivery

How does it work with my existing pixel?+

Track Atlas adds server events alongside your browser pixel. Shared identifiers help supported platforms deduplicate the two sources.

Will it slow down my store?+

Server-side delivery runs separately from your storefront. Shoppers do not wait for ad platforms to receive events.

How is shopper consent handled?+

Tracking follows the consent state supplied by your store integration. Your store’s consent settings still apply.

What happens if delivery fails?+

Temporary failures are queued for retry. Review delivery status and errors in the dashboard. See event diagnostics.

Reporting & store access

What can I see in Summary?+

Store sales, configured costs and available Google Ads and Pinterest reports. Choose your metrics and arrange them in custom sections. Explore Summary.

Can agencies manage multiple stores?+

Yes. Access multiple client stores from one dashboard. Each owner controls access, and their subscription covers the stores in their account.
