What happens if you go over your plan?
We move you up to the next plan, and you pay only the difference for the days left in the month. Your billing date stays the same. You are never charged a penalty for growing: the next plan up always costs less than paying for extra orders on the plan below it.
We email you before it happens, when you get close to your limit, and again when it happens. A plan we move you to runs for one full month before you can move off it, so nobody gets the bigger plan for a few days and drops straight back. A plan you pick yourself has no such wait: you can change it whenever you like, effective at your next renewal.
We never move you down on our own. A quiet month is yours to decide about.
